When it comes to health and wellness, my guiding belief is that health is wealth because if you don’t have your health, what do you have? Attaining and maintaining good health and fitness must be incorporated into one’s life until it becomes a lifestyle habit. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to do so and without restrictive dieting, long gym sessions or fancy gadgets. We’re going to focus on your lifestyle fundamentals; building healthy habits, enjoying your food,  doing quick and efficient workouts and building a mindset which sets you up for success. Healthy at any age

The Habit Hero Program
£60 every 4-weeks

When it comes to your body and health, it is your lifestyle habits that define you. In fact, everyone that you know who is in great shape has put time into developing healthy daily habits. This program focuses on building the daily practices and skills that will help you achieve your goals.

This coaching program includes:

The Nutrition Navigator Program
£80 every 4-weeks

Exhausted, busy work and home life and no time to prepare and eat healthy food? This program is for you. Get everything you need to change your eating habits and gain the skills, knowledge and experience to make it a lasting change. You’ll work directly with me to track your progress and make necessary changes to ensure your success.

  • You struggle to eat healthy consistently.

​

  • You feel like your eating habits are stopping you achieving your health goals.

  • You struggle to find the time to plan and prepare meals.

​

  • You are unsure what you should be eating and how much.

 

 

This coaching program includes:

  • Habit-based nutrition and coaching from me.

​

  • We can hold you accountable, check your progress and provide feedback on a weekly basis.​

​

  • Nutrition assessments including preferences.

​

  • Weekly meal suggestions to help you make better decisions in the long-term and focus on gradual improvement rather than perfection.

  • Hand-picked recipes, chosen taking into account your goals, allergies/intolerances, likes/dislikes and schedule. Each recipe comes with serving size, prep and cook times, nutritional information, ingredients list, cooking instructions and a key to let you know if the recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, high-protein, low-carbs, quick etc. Take a look at an example recipe here.​​

  • A weekly review of your daily calorie and macronutrient intake (optional, but recommended).

  • A mid-week check-in that will include guidance, advice and adjustments to your individual needs based on your results and feedback.​

The Fitness Fanatic Program
£80 every 4-weeks

You’ll develop great exercise habits, lose fat, build lean muscle and reignite your energy with short, effective workouts that you can do from anywhere. Get everything you need to change your exercise habits and exercise efficiently and effectively. Follow a personalised exercise program, tailored to suit your lifestyle, body, abilities and goals. 

This is right for you if:​

 

  • You are unsure how to structure your training to achieve your goals.

  • You like having a set plan to follow when you exercise.

​

  • You struggle to exercise consistently and end up not doing it at all.

​

  • You want to do HIIT and functional resistance exercises to burn calories, build strength and improve overall fitness.

This coaching program includes:

  • Fast, time-efficient customized workouts via an app on your phone/tablet.

​

  • You'll be able to access your plan directly on your phone and also upload pictures, measurements and sync with wearable fitness devices.

  • A weekly 30 minute Skype/phone coaching session.

​

  • A Coach and accountability in your “back pocket”: unlimited messaging support.

​

  • Training progress reviewed and adjusted on a monthly basis.​
